Eca for Manipa academy of Higher education

I have sent my eca to Iqas for MBA degree from manipal university as Iqas has cancelled the same they didn't recognize my degree..As I am loosing 7 point due to this from where I get the masters..Wes has given me postgraduate diploma 1 year..
Please suggest other option
CES/ICAS/ICES???
