ECA for Indian Masters with 3 year bachelors

Hello Everyone. My name is Manisha, I am from Delhi. Below is my query
1. I have done three-year bachelors and two years of masters (MA in Psychology with a Dissertation in Regular mode). Now I am confused about where I should get my ECA assessment done. I don't want to go for WES because they don't give masters equivalent to Indian Masters. Kindly help me and suggest which other service gives Canadian equivalent to Indian degrees.
2. Should I get my bachelors evaluated too if I am not going for WES.

1. Proceed with IQAS/ICES/CES
2. Better to send both of your credentials to ECA authority and get evaluated.
