My current CRS point is 429 (without any point for my wife's ECA) and missing the cutoff for ITA. My wife's ECA evaluation for WES is pending as WES is not accepting her Bachelor's provisional certificate (and we are in the process of procuring the convocation certificate which would need some time). In the mean time, I have observed that if I mention her educational qualification as Higher Secondary, the point goes up to 436 in CRS tool making the ITA cutoff. Please advise if ECA is required for Higher Secondary education in India (CBSE board). If yes, which evaluator evaluates the Higher Secondary education as I know that WES only evaluates credentials for Bachelors and above.
