ECA for High School Education

I have a PG Certificate from UK,and Bachelors from India.

1.Will WES assess PC certificate?
2.since my Bachelors and PG are from different universities and countries,Do I need to do the ECA for both the awards separately?

3.Does High School Graduation certificate need to be assessed as well or not ?
