ECA for Diploma+Degree(direct second year admission)

Hi All,

I have done my Diploma ( 3 years ) after 10th and Degree (Engineering).
Although, Engineering is a 4 years course, but as I had a Diploma in similar stream, I was allowed direct admission to 2nd year of engineering.

So I have the following documents:

Diploma - 3 years mark sheets and Diploma Certificate (MSBTE, Mumbai)
Degree - 3 years mark sheets and a Degree Certificate ( as I got admitted to 2nd year directly) (Pune University)

I wanted ask if anybody knows how does WES(or any ECA body) assess this:

1- One bachelor's OR
2- Two or more certificates, Diploma or Degree

I understand from the posts that most of the times it is considered as two or more certificates which is good.

Unsure though if we need to submit any supporting document for the lateral admission other than the diploma transcripts.
