I am looking to get the ECA done, I have a PhD from a top US school, I am curious if I also need to get my undergrad verified, do I stand to get more points if I do that. I am assuming that the government realizes that anyone with a PhD also by default must have a Bachelors, is that the case? Also does ECA for spouse matter?

About your spouse's education- try "calculator", and you will see if it makes a difference. (they will not recognize your wife's foreign degree without ECA)

Please help me, my wife did a Post-graduate degree here in CANADA of 2 years, she has her degree here with us, and also she has a Bacherlor's degree from a university in Peru, so the questions is: ¿she still need the ECA of her undergraduate studies means the bachelor's degree from Peru, or because she got a higher level of education here in Canada, she doesn't need to submit ECA for the education in Peru?, of course the college where she studied at the moment of the aplications request english test, certificates, transcripts and all of that paperwork. please help me.

I did my Masters in Canada. I only entered my Masters degree info in EE profile and I've been given the maximum possible points. So I think you'll be fine as far as you've done Masters/PhD in Canada.

What about a post graduate diploma in a college, and the moment of aplication in the colegge they request for transcripts, and everything from he university where she did the bachelors degree, a requirment of admission was a have bachelors degree of course. please help me , god bless you.

If she did her highest degree in Canada I think she can only use that to get the possible points, not sure about post graduate diploma specifically. You start creating your own EE profile and check if you are given maximum points without an assessment.

How can I know how many points give me the assesment we answer the questions an the systme only says "You are elegible for the Express Entry" but we dont know how many points we have yet.
