ECA for 3 years of bachelor degree from two different colleges

I am new here.
I have done my bachelor's degree from 2 different colleges.
so how shall I apply for transcript and how my education will be evaluated?

If your colleges were under the same university, then you need to get the transcript from the university. If both the colleges were under different universities or were autonomous, then you need to get the transcripts from both the colleges as per the procedure. You would have to explain the situation to the agency doing your evaluation for ECA.
