For PNP programme's do we need to get both our masters as well as bachelors evaluated? As for express entry as per WES site I only need to get my masters evaluated?

No, my masters in technology is from one of the top institutes of india and is well recognized by wes

if you're one 100% confident then go for it, but i've seen a lot of people claiming their degree was from a top institute only to have it not be recognized as such. remember education standards aren't the same everywhere and wes is a private org. search the forum for your institute and see if you find people with similar experiences.

On WES website I entered the details of my degree and it also said to only send masters transcripts.

yes if you have masters you can only send it, that's not the problem. the problem is will your institute be recognized. again search the forums first and good luck!

Depends on the province. Each province is different so you need to look up. I know SINP for sure.

But WES website strictly mentions to send only masters degree for evaluation.

Then you may need to use another ECA. Confirm with WES.
