ECA Assessment

Hi,

I have completed my B.com (Full time) and M.com (Distance)from an Mahatma Gandhi university Kerala and i already completed ECA for my b.com which gave the below result:

Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Bachelor of Commerce
Awarded by: Mahatma Gandhi University
Institution Status: Recognized
Admission requirements: Secondary school graduation
Length of program: Three years
Major/Specialization: Business Administration
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor’s Degree(three years)

But when i used the ECA degree equivalency tool to assess my M.com, it is showing the below result:

Country of Education: India
Name of Degree: Master of Commerce
Name of Institution: Mahatma Gandhi University
Equivalency in Canada: Bachelor's degree (4 years)

So could anyone kindly advise which education level this allows me to prepare my file and how many points i can claim?

Your bachelor level is enough for you to apply for express entry. because M.com will be consider as bachelors degree only and not masters.

Thank you for the update ,So it is not possible for me to claim at least 119 points with the below level of education?

: Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer

you need to check whether you can claim points for distance learning or not. if WES will consider distance lerning then yes you can claim 119 points for that.
