As I’m planning to apply on 4 May 2013 and eagerly waiting for the announcement of the list of authorized organizations to complete ECA (Academic Credential Assessment). Today is 17 April, yet there is no sign of announcement? Is it okay or normal? Because I believe, it is better to finish our assessment before CIC starts to accept applications. Never the less, today when I was checking FCRO (Foreign Credentials Referral Office) home page for the list of authorized organizations, I found the page was modified on 2013-04-20. Isn't it strange? Because today is 2013-04-17.
