earning 50 score of LMIA

I have a got question I applied for PR in April 30 2020
received ITA in June 11 2020 in CEC category/ score point 444
submitted the application in august 02 2020
I had 2 years work permit base on LMIA which was expired in June 16 2020
I had applied for tourist visa on June 13 2020 for supporting my temporary residency
also I applied for new open work permit on august 07 2020

I would like to know did I eligible to earn that 50 point LMIA score?

I am still waiting for getting response for PR shows me 53 percent just said approved for medical and biometric and other applications are under process and really worry about this situation

Did you apply for the Bridging Open Work Permit on August 7 after your original work permit had expired on June 16? If so, then unfortunately the BOWP is going to be refused since you must be holding a valid work permit at the time you submit the BOWP application. You have implied status right now to remain in Canada but only as a visitor.

I don't think you qualify for the 50 points job offer points based on the information you have provided. You cannot claim job offer points for a work permit that has already expired.
