EAPR application rejected

All,
My Electronic Application for PR was rejected because of a missing document. I had hired a law firm to file my PR and the law firm now says that I have restart the whole program, right from creating a new EE profile and waiting for lottery and ITA and EAPR. is that true ? or can I submit only the missing document ? Any help is appreciated.

First of all congratulations on getting an ITA. Secondly what was the missing document? As someone who has not received an ITA, is there not a 'Completeness' check that checks each step of the process just like there is in 'MyCIC' when filing an EE aaplication?

you r nt the first one to get rejection due to missing document..it you really forget to upload the document than . yea you have to start from creating new profile..

What document was missing?

What was the reason for rejection.

If I were you, I would never use a lawyer that has been rejected again.

Your English is very good so I believe it is something you can do yourself, from opening a new account to making a new application.

If the missing document was your or lawyers fault , your CSE will not be successful because CIC specifically states it on their website.

If you read the CIC website thoroughly about EE with help on this forum, it is something you can do yourself.

Nobody will be as attentive as you with your application even a paid lawyer, remember you are not the only client they have.

I got rejected last year due to negligence of my lawyer. Too late to discover this forum but I tried again this year
