Hi did anyone have the same experience, the "UPLOAD DOCUMENT" button on WES website turned gray and not accessible anymore? I successfully uploaded my transcript scan but the system said the quality of my diploma scan is too low, so I went out to re-scan the file; but when I got back, the "UPLOAD DOCUMENT" button is grey and I can no longer click into the link.
I have already sent the transcript via the e-transfer system on school's official website ( using Parchment ) and WES has successfully received the school's transcript. Will my application be OK if I didn't figure out to upload my diploma scan? Thanks a lot!
