Hi guys,

Today I received an updated upfront e-medical information sheet from the doctor (updated because the receptionist entered the wrong country of birth).

In the medical examination status it says:

Physical Examination: Incomplete
X-Ray: Completed
HIV: Referred
Syphillis: Incomplete.

Does this mean that they've found something wrong with the blood test? Especially with the "referred" status?

I did all my physical, blood and urine test a couple days ago.

"Referred" means your blood sample was sent to another lab for HIV test. Many clinics cannot run the test so they send samples to qualified labs for testing. This usually takes a few more days.

By the way my clinic says upfront medical test is only valid for six months, is that your case?

I'm still not clear on what it means.
Some says the status "referred" means that particular test has been referred for further analysis which could mean something bad ?

Well it's clear that no one here is 100% sure if people are saying different things. Maybe just, you know, wait? OR call the Dr's and ask what it means?!

What does the status Incomplete means?
