we will really appreciate any help THANK YOU.

Travel Docs: passport every page and PGWP front page.

Medical : mdeical sheet , x-ray sheet and contact card.

Education: 1:IELTS, 2:canadian diploma transcripts ,3:diploma degree sheet ,4:India transcripts 5: india degree 6: WES 2 ECA pages.

EMPloyement Records: refrence letter , t4's , few paystubs

Pcc: Indian PCC and pcc stamp on Passport .

Re: E-APR LAST CHECK

1. Only the bio-pages and stamped pages of passport are required. You do not need to scan the whole passport for e-APR.
2. It looks like your medical centre did not have E-Medical facility, that is why you require to upload all these medical report documents.
3. Digital photo is also required.
Rest all looks fine.
If you have received nomination, then kindly complete Schedule 4 form and attach it in LOE section.

Thank you so much sushsmart15, +1 to you

for upfront e-medical just to be on safe side i have uploaded the contact card that was stapled to my form separately thought they might need it , and for X-ray i thought its better to upload it just in case .

Bro, quick question: why do you have to upload transcripts in education when you got separate place option for uploading the transcripts. And when you meant payslips how many are you uploading?

You only have a separate transcripts upload if you have a Canadian degree. You don't have one if it's an ECA
