Hi,

Have you found answer to this question? Also, we will be providing reference numbers for ECA & Language tests. Not sure if they will cross check in their system against original application?

In my opinion, selecting No to question "whether you have applied to IRCC/ express entry before" is misrepresentation.

I created the profile and withdrew it the same day fearing that it might impact the already submitted profile. Also, it was not the right thing to do .
