Why do they ask for this document, is it because you requested GCMS Notes? Or is it for some other reason?

Following are my details :

ITA : 19th Dec 2018
AoR: 09tn Feb 2019
Medical: passed
Biometric: complete on 09th April
Background check: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

There is no change in the status for almost a month now...

Could someone please suggest what should we expect of this status ...

Recently from "weeks" the estimated time bar started showing the "no of days"

Currently it's shows 57 days

Any help, info, suggestions are appreciated.

Anyone's Visa Office Ottawa? Mine is and i heard they are taking more time than 180 days in processing the application.

I had a valid job offer which I submitted with the application.
Then got another offer and started working for them so updated IRCC with the new valid job offer.

Could this be a reason it is taking time to process my application?
