Hello all,

As I have noticed that parents with super visa can stay up to 2 years with initial entrance. From my best knowledge, it is quite unclear about how long can parents stay in Canada for second or third visit after staying 2 years in the first visit, so was anybody granted 2 years durarion of stay by officer on second and third visit with their super visa ?

Thanks

Duration of stay is determined by the CBSA officer at POE. There is never a guarantee that a supervisa holder will get 2 years on any entry. A supervisa only allows "up to" 2 year entry to Canada. If the border officials feel they are spending too much time or "living" in Canada, they can reduce entry to a few months or even deny them entry.
