Duration for FSW file

hi all,

I applied my file on 13th September 2010. And received my file number on 13th January 2011 saying that the file will go to New Delhi, India now from Canada. I and my husband are Indian citizens.
I wanted to know regarding how long would it take to hear from New Delhi regarding the procedure. And in what time should we expect to get the process completed?
