Duration : Canada Visa Stamping in India having valid work permit

Can any one please tell me how many days will it take to get visa stamping if i have valid work permit in India, New Delhi?

Is it possible to get in the same if I got directly VFS directly?

And I saw, visa stamping in London is one week compared to US (Buffalo - atleast 30 days). Is it ok to send London to get visa stamping for indian passport?

As I need to travel as soon as possible, looking for help.
