duo citizenship?

my daughter wants her duo citizenship. She was born in the states, her mother is American and I'm Canadian what do I need to do to help if I can?

Dual not duo
If you were born in Canada or you're a naturalized citizen, she is already canadian, and you only need to ask for a proof of citizenship.

Does that still apply if she lives in the states and I live in Canada? She wants to move to Canada to be closer to my family now that she is an adult, I guess she's still considered Canadian but what does she and I have to do to get her duo citizenship card?
