Dumb question, but please help

Hi guys,
I have received ITA and am now doing my actual PR application. But basically I only see an online form in which I need to provide more detailed in formation. I don't really see anywhere that says "Upload documents" or "Instructions on documents" etc.
And I also don't see the instruction for doing Medical... Do i need to print something to bring to the designated medical center?
Please shed some light!

complete the forms. Then you can continue to the upload section. You can go back and change the forms.

For medicals you need to take the following
- Copy of ITA
- Passport
- Photo

Once through with the tests, the designated medical centre will issue a confirmation letter which you need to upload when filing in the PR application.
