DUI in US, can I ever go back to Canada

HI : this may not be a right forum but there is the best place I can found so far.

I born in Canada ( still have my citizenship ) and became US citizen 2 year ago. I do plan to move back to Canada in next 3 year with my family. My bad that I was charge my first DUI few days ago in California.

questions
1) The court date is not yet. still have 3 weeks to go. With DUI in my record, Will I allow to move back to Canada?
2) Am I allow to apply job in Canada?

Since you are a Canadian citizen, you can return to Canada. The DUI will not prevent this.

Sure - you can certainly apply for a job.
