After finding out my old boss had been doing dodgy stuff I dont have a full 1 year work experience here meaning thqt for my new job i dont meet express entry requirements... Im falling short on points
My lawyer has suggested a 200 point LMIA process to boost my poijts up to apply for express entry...
After reading into lmia im highly concerned its a waste of time.
I am on as cafe manager with a 51k salary (my new bosses love me and gave me a high slary to help with visa).
Thing is they are freshly opened (3 months) so havnt done a fulk tax yesr, this business will be successfull though as its a frachising thing with amsterdam and ottawa both already interested
What are my chances of this lmia working? Whats the success rate?
