No changes after this stage ,yet to order GCMS notes.
I have the same question regarding processing for UAE residents holding Indian citizenship? Will this be any sooner?

Ordered GCMS notes a few days ago. Application transferred to London Visa Office and IRCC call centre reps are not giving any info anymore
