He submitted web form thrice
But every time the reply was same that due to pandemic and lower number of staff we r currently unable to process files in normal timelines..but he didn’t try for gcms..
Can u please guide me for that?

He filed his file in India but after that he came to Dubai to continue his job and gave biometrics there. In GC account ,its written that they are checking background and everything else is passed.
