Has anyone faced this issue? and can help with the solution .I received an e-mail from IRCC to submit our passports to VFS Riyadh. I tried preparing bank draft in the name of Al Etimad Modern Business Solutions CO.Ltd through Emirates NBD (I am a resident of Dubai) but they have limited space on the beneficiary name section on the bank draft . Bank is saying there is no solution to it and vfs is telling us to send someone on our behalf to Riyadh, is there any other way out?

It can happen. I got mine changed from Dubai to Pakistan. You already have PPR so I don't think you need to worry about delay. The new PPR letter will have a new date and you'll have 30 days from that date to submit your passport
