Has anyone here had a hard time obtaining PCC from UAE? My friend was deported in 2018 for possession of weed after charges were dropped. In 2019 he applied for PCC and got it (no criminal charges). He never visited Dubai after this and when he applied again now for PCC it got cancelled (no reason provided)
Does anyone have experience on how to go about this now? He has no outstanding debt.
