Hi! I'm a newbie here and would like to ask how could I apply a job/migrate to Canada here in Dubai.

I'm a FIlipina Commerce graduate major in Finance but when I got here in Dubai I started working as Document Controller for 4 years and until now been working on the same occupation but I am also PA to CEO/Admin/Accounts/Secretary.

Doing a multitasking job here in Dubai, I don't know what occupation will I apply to pursue my career in Canada.
Is it NOC 1431,1211 or 1241 applicable? Which is the one I'm eligible.

Anyone can help me on this please? :'( Do you know any direct employer who can give WP?

Please help me on this... Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately there are no jobs on this forum.

If you are interested in working in Canada, then I would recommend that you visit reputable web sites such as The Canadian Job Bank, workopolis and monster.ca to look for job openings and apply.

An employer cannot give you a work permit. This is something you must apply for yourself. In order to qualify to apply for a work permit, you must first find an employer in Canada who is willing to give you a job offer and then that employer must obtain an approved Labour Market Opinion.

I don't know. You'll have to read through job postings and see which jobs you think you are qualified to do. Jobs are not posted by NOC. They are listed by job title.

Again, I would recommend that you start looking through job postings on the sites I mentioned as soon as you can. This will give you the best idea of what you might qualify to apply for.

Thank you very much scylla :D.

Once I received the Job Offer is that the only time I could start my application to CIC Embassy?

You need a job offer AND an approved LMO (labout market opinion). Only then can you start your application for a work visa with CIC.

Hi, I'm living here in UAE and I'm interested migrating to Canada with family. I have some friends whose here and they know some agencies which might help us to get visas. They are a bit costly as usual. Currently, I'm researching on how to get started with my application. I don't to go their without any job that's waiting for me. I thinking we could help each other. :)

How much does this cost?
