Dual Profiles

HI

One of my friend asked me this question and i am not sure about the answer.

My friend initially started the application through a consultant but later decided to do it on his own. now the problem is the consultant has not removed his profile. and now he has 2 profiles with the same information just diff email addresses.

He is concerned that once the points reach 459 points(his current CRS) will he get ITA on both the profiles ?

any help will be highly appreciated.

that's fine as long as only one application is submitted and if your friend is not going to use consultant I doubt his consultant will submit e-APR for free or waste time on filling information when he is not getting any money.
