dual passport holder

Hey all! I need help!

I'm a dual passport holder (french and Lebanese)

For the moment i am working in nigeria and i have my residency on my lebanese passport. i want to go to canada for a visit using my french passport (to avoid doing a visa on the lebanese one).

Is it possible for me to leave nigeria with my lebanese passport and show my french passport to the emmigration for them to allow me to enter the plane, and when i reach Canada, enter with my french passport?

I would say when you leave Nigeria, show both French and Lebanese passport to the airline and immigration, if necessary.
