Dual national - which passport(s) to scan for OWP application

Hi, for OWP application I need to scan all pages of my passport. But I am a dual national and I have two passports from two different countries.
My question is, do I only need to scan the passport that I am using for that OWP application, or do I have to scan the passports for both of my nationalities?

Same case here.

I used my nationality A passport for: study permit, PGWP, visitor visa #1 applications.
I used my nationality B passport for: PGWP extension, OINP nomination, non-express entry PR, visitor visa #2 (after 1st one expired) applications.

In all cases, I used one as the main application passport and uploaded the other one on the additional information section.

One time I crossed the border (Niagara Falls) and used my passport A to enter the US (as my B1/B2 US visa is in that passport) and my passport B to reenter Canada (as my Canadian visitor visa is in that passport).

Never had an issue.

Guys, I got my AOR before marriage and now I am married (outside Canada) and I added my wife as my dependent in my ongoing PR file. my PR file is in process under PNP Non-Express Entry,

so for my wife, who is living in India (and does not have any Canadian temporary status ) am I eligible to apply for her Open Work Permit (outside Canada), or Visitor Visa????

so she can join me in Canada as soon as possible because the Non-Express Entry processing time is 13 months, and it's too much.
