Hi,

My husband is in the immigration process for spousal pr and we're going to fly him in here from Mexico Sunday to attempt to enter as a visitor. I know he can apply at the border under dual intent but what I'm wondering is, does he HAVE to tell them at the border he's in a pr process if they don't ask? For example if they just ask why he's coming into the country, and when he's going to leave, and he just says, vacation, and 1 month?

Thank you for any insight you can provide.

He can just say he's coming as a visitor. I assume he has an eTA.
