DUAL INTENT LMIA PR SUPPORTED

Hello,

I got an Positive LMIA today. And, I have few questions if somebody could help on...

1. My current CRS score- 497 , and want to get additional 50 points before Spring 2025. How it is done, just put LMIA number on Express entry portal and I get it ?

2. Do I need to have a job offer as well to get the points. What is a job offer, just roles and responsibilities on company letter head?

3. My Open work permit is expiring on July 05, 2025. So, do I need to apply for closed work permit before claiming the 50 points ?

4.My job Construction Estimator comes in category based express entry(skilled trades), so should I wait for the draw to happen and remain on open work permit till July 05, or is it better to apply now for a closed work- permit ? Will it start immediately even if I am on open-work permit right now ?

5. When Can I change my job , suppose I got an invitation and then PR. So do I need to stick with same employer for long time ?

1. Add LMIA to add points.
2 Google - LMIA express Entry to read rules for the job offer letter.
3. You will want to so you can continue working past July 5.
4. Better to get ITA without needing LMIA.
