Hello everyone,

So my cousin is a holder of OZ and Canadian PRs both requiring first entry about same time but both PRs have different expiry dates one's longer.
Questions are:
1) is it possible for him to hold both and travel to and from anywhere in the world, ofcourse while maintaining their residency req. ?
2) realistically it is possible for them to satisfy the residency requirements for both and obtain passports for both due to diff. expiry dates but is it legal?

1. Yes.
2. Yes, as long as dual citizenship is accepted.

The question was leaning more towards the law/legality of this, coz like you will have to inform both sides of changes in things like your address, and also when you enter and leave each of the two countries don't you have to declare this kind of info like where you reside and etc and they see that you have been moonlighting both (is that law-wise ok?)

Once you become a PR there is no need to inform your exit and entry as all these are recorded electronically nowadays.
