Hello,
Does anyone know if Korean citizens are permitted to hold 2 citizenship status? If my husband lands in Canada as a permanent resident, does that mean he will have to give up his Korean passport? What about when he gets his citizenship? How will the Korean government know that he will become the citizen of another country and take away his passport?
While he is staying/working in Canada as a PR, does he have to pay taxes to the Korean govt?
Please give me some advice. Thank you!
