if my country doesnt allow me to have dual citizenship , May I enter and exit Canada with my own passport with Maple card and keep my Canadian passport away ?

1. Probably not, as your PR card becomes invalid once you are a citizen.

Are you already a Canadian citizen? Your PR card should have been taken away from you after you took the Canadian citizenship oath.
