Dual citizenship: one passport or both and do I get to choose

Hello guys,

I finally got my PPR letter which asks me to submit my passports.

So, I have two passports which are valid because I have dual citizenship, one is going to expire in 2020 and one is going to expire in 2026.

My question is if I need to send two passports in or just one? If I am to send one, do I get to choose which one. The passport of the country of my residence is the one going to expire in 2020 - When it expires, do I need to do anything to update my PR?

Anyone has similar experience or thoughts?

Others can comment as I am not sure but Surely you send the passport you applied with as your primary passport , not both passports.
