Hi,
my husband´s PR outland is still in process, however we´are planning to go to Canada soon (he will stay there as a visitor). Now my question: I´m a bit scared they might deny him entry, because PR is still pending. That´s why I was thinking of showing my other passport (I have dual citizenship), and not my Canadian one at the border. If I do that, is that bad? Is that illegal in our case? Must I present my canadian passport? Can the border officer see in his computer, that my husband applied for PR?

That is the good thing when u did process outland you and ur husband can come and go to canada as long as both of you has valid visa to entry canada. Just use your canadian passport.
