Hi! I have a concern....Because I wanted to review and take the local NLE and IELTS in the Philippines on December next year.I'am not actually a citizen for now,I'am still a PR card holder (2 years). . . And I don't know what will be the right move for me to take those exams...or am I still be qualified to take those? Probably our Citizenship Exam will be on last week of July next year...I don't know if I should wait for my Citizenship or just go there as a PR card holder only....And I'am also clueless for what are the requirements in either status that I'll be needing for me to be able to take the exams....I called the PRC hotline but theres no answer at all.
