DTE Bangalore WES procedure during COVID season

Hi Guys,

Has anyone applied for Transcript from DTE Bangalore in 2020 during pandemic time in-order to send it to WES. If so, Kindly share the procedure for the same.

Also, please let me know, does DTE send the transcript directly to WES, if not, what are the alternatives.
