Dropped Semester Between Different Schools

I have started September, 2019 semester in a degree program at Alexander College, then I dropped January, 2020 semester.
Now that I got enrolled at another degree program at BCIT for April, 2020 semester, am I allowed to work off campus before the program starts? and if so, can I work full-time? Thanks.

No. If you work at all, it will be illegal.
