You need to apply to the college as a student like you did for your original college. You should apply for the May term so you are studying without a break.

Ok then you should apply for the September semester. You must complete your college admission and inform CIC before you are reported as not attending your summer semester at your other college which would cancel your student visa. The other option is to continue studying at your other college until August. Always worry about study breaks when it comes to PGWP. @scylla not sure what your advice would be.

Make sure you don't work at all between the time you stop attending your first program and you start attending your second program. It's illegal for you to work between program. If you work between programs, then you can expect your PGWP to be refused.

You can't work between programs. You have to stop working as soon as you drop out of school.
