Driving Licence abstract

Hi,

I have UAE with 1.5 years old and India with 10 years old driving license. in order to give direct G license which country DL abstract do I need to take. I am traveling to Halifax, also do I need to take the international driving license from UAE. Currently I am living in UAE and if i want to take the India DL whom to approach.

Your question is confusing. Halifax, NS, doesn't use G licences. They use "Class 5". Secondly, there is no "Reciprocal Driver's License Exchange Agreement" with Nova Scotia for either India or the UAE. https://novascotia.ca/sns/paal/rmv/paal269.asp#appprocessgp4

OK I am planning to apply for class 5. To get exempted class 7 do i need DL abstract of current country license

It comes in the form on a booklet in different languages. You have to physically go to the RTO and apply for one. Take your existing license along.
