Dear ALL,

I left Canada in year 2000 and my DL was expired in year 2001.

During the that perios, I had 2 speeding tickets were not paid. (each CAD$65 somthing).

Now, I planned to return in 2016.

I know I need to re-test for my DL.

Is there any expert can tell, I need to pay the fine back with high interest before getting new DL?

Not an expert, but it says on the ticket that if you don't pay the fine within 30 days, you won't be able to renew your DL until after it's paid.
