Drivers licence for supervisa

Good day. Anyone can answer my inquiry. So my mom is here under supervisa. She's a professional driver way back home. My question is can she apply for drivers licence in BC? If not. Would she be able to driver here?with philippine licence

She can drive for 6 months as a visitor, but if she intends to drive longer than that, she can apply for a driver's licence.

She should have gotten an LTO certification letter back in the Philippines to waive the waiting times for graduated licensing, it's harder to get it from Canada.
