Draws after PNP approvals

With majority of PNP nominations still left to come, what do you guys think will be the situation of future draws to come.

I think CIC has deliberately lowered the frequency draws and the number of invitations. They anticipate that when the PNP nominees start to apply the minimal score for draws will rise once again
