I think the 7th should be on about 18th April. Because CIC needs time to have more applicant into the pool, they won't make another draw so sonn.

It's the Open Bridging Work Permit. I'm not sure of its eligibility but you should dig more in the forums about it.

won't be this Friday. Its a statutory holiday in Canada. Monday is also a holiday for government workers so I don't think it'll happen this weekend.
