I wish to submit Saskatchewan EOI for 2243 (NOC) but I discovered is not always available. Please, I want to know how often Occupation in demand updated or reviewed? can I submit using the closest 2242?

Last Saskatchewan updated their Occupation in Demand in June. Next would be in January.
