In order to extend my permit, I would like to download the all supporting documents that I submitted for my initial Study Permit application. Unfortunately, I lost all my files because of a hard disk failure. Since it's not possible to download the submitted documents from my IRCC account, I am looking for any other way to access these documents. Still, if anyone knows a way to download them, it would be the best option and I would be greatful.
Some of these documents have to be obtained from my country of origin, that's why it will take a longer time and effort to get them. For the reasons mentioned above, I kindly ask you to allow me to access my documents or show me any other possible way to get them back again.
